Haggis
Pie
(Makes 3-4 Servings.)
Ingredients.
1
x Small Haggis.
3 x Average sized Potatoes.
1 x Large Onion.
Method.

Remove
Haggis from its skin and mash up into pie dish.

Boil
3 good sized Potatoes.

Dry Fry a
large, chopped Onion.
-
Mash potatoes
until good consistency.
-
Spread
layer of Onion over Haggis with layer of Potato over that and place in hot oven for about
40-45 minutes.
-
Few minutes before serving sprinkle grated cheese over the top and replace in oven to melt the Cheese.
