Haggis Pie
(Makes 3-4 Servings.)

Ingredients.

1 x Small Haggis.
3 x Average sized Potatoes.
1 x Large Onion.



Method.

  1. Remove Haggis from its skin and mash up into pie dish.

  2. Boil 3 good sized Potatoes.

  3. Dry Fry a large, chopped Onion.

  4. Mash potatoes until good consistency.

  5. Spread layer of Onion over Haggis with layer of Potato over that and place in hot oven for about 40-45 minutes.

  6. Few minutes before serving sprinkle grated cheese over the top and replace in oven to melt the Cheese.
